脯胺酸 - 用途、副作用、和更多
Proline is an amino acid, or building block of proteins. The body can produce proline on its own, but it can also be obtained through diet. A typical diet contains about 5 grams of proline per day. The main sources are protein-rich foods including meat, fish and dairy products. Proline can also be taken as a supplement.

Proline is used for skin healing, especially for people with retention issues who have enough proline in their body. It is also used for other conditions, but there is no good scientific evidence to support these uses.

In medicine, proline is used as a stabilizer to help extend the life of certain prescription products.

How does it work?

The body uses proline to make proteins such as collagen. Collagen is found in skin, bones and joints. Proline is also involved in the general functions of cells.

Purpose and effectiveness?

Not enough evidence

  • Sports performance. Adolescents who consume more proline in their diet do not appear to be in better health than those who consume less proline.
  • Low bone mass (osteopenia). Eating more proline in the diet does not appear to prevent osteopenia.
  • Weak bones (osteoporosis). Eating more proline in your diet does not appear to prevent osteoporosis.
  • fracture.
  • fatigue.
  • Insomnia.
  • Infect.
  • wrinkle.
  • wound healing.
  • Skin ulcers.
  • Proline Defective Metabolism.
More evidence is needed to evaluate the effectiveness of proline for these uses.
