Canned soup and vegetables: 12-24 months. Once the optimal date is reached, the quality may decrease, but the food is still edible.

Rice and pasta: 12-24 months. Store in a sealed container after opening to extend the shelf life.

Flour and sugar: 6-12 months, transfer to a closed container again after opening.

Honey, jam, syrup: 6 months, then refrigerate.

Oil: If stored in a cool place, it will take 3-4 months. If it looks cloudy, please don't use it.

Butter/Nut Butter: If you avoid the sun, it will take 3-4 months.

Cereal breakfast: 6 months, put in an airtight container after opening.

Refrigerator and freezer list
