Latest Service Arrangements Amid the Pandemic - Limited services available in some of the areas

Due to the severe epidemic situation, impact of the local epidemic and related control measures on delivery operations, the transit time for all shipments will not be guaranteed until further notice.
In additions, under the influence of different epidemic control and isolation measures, the courier can only provide limited services at present.

Delivery time

  • After the order is placed, our staff will contact the customer to confirm the delivery time.
  • Due to COVID-19 epidemic, the standard delivery time is 2-3 days;
  • If the order contains pre-ordered goods, the estimated delivery time is 7 days;
  • Delivery time for Tung Chung area is 7 days.


Shipping fee:

  • Free shipping on orders of $300 or more
  • Shipping fee for under $300 is $80

Non-delivery area:

Outer areas (Lantau Island, Peng Chau and Hei Ling Chau, Saigon Islands and Po Toi, Cheung Chau) and other restricted areas

  • Suitable for orders with dry goods only
  • "Pay on delivery" to pay the freight

Pickup from warehouse

Yau Tong Industrial City, 17 Ko Fai Road, Yau Tong, Kowloon (detailed address will be sent after checkout)
After confirmation by the staff, you can pick it up according to the date and time you choose.
