2 boxes of ground stalk mixed vegetables 190g
1 teaspoon of tomato paste
3 thin tomatoes
3 bay leaves
1 tablespoon sugar
1 teaspoon sea salt
Water 1 liter
Chop onion; diced tomato.
Boil a pot of water, add a little olive oil, add the macaroni and cook for 5 minutes. Then drain and set aside.
Put 1 tablespoon of oil on medium heat, add onion and saute until soft, then add tomatoes and mix well.
Add sammon tomato paste, bay leaf, thyme and water and cook for 7 minutes.
Add sammon mixed vegetables, then add sea salt and sugar to taste, cook for 3 more minutes.
Finally, put the macaroni back into the vegetable soup, mix well and then turn off the heat to serve.
