Organic sodachi miso soup
The organic white miso and red miso, which have been carefully prepared and aged, are combined to create a gentle and smooth taste. The ingredients for soybeans, rice, and miso soup, which are the raw materials for miso, are cultivated using the power of nature without using prohibited pesticides or chemical fertilizers. Also, no chemical seasoning is used.
