Arabica/Gum acacia: How food additive E414 fits into the sustainability agenda
Acacia gum (E414) is not just a food additive for the food and beverage industry. Leachate production plays a key role in environmental sustainability. Acacia gum has many different uses. This food additive is called gum arabic, gum arabic fiber and E414, and has the functions of natural emulsifier, stabilizer, texturizer and fiber source.
