檸檬迷迭香三文魚柳

This is the perfect romantic dinner for two, paired with Oregon Pinot Noir, bread, rice, and salad.

Material:

  • 1 lemon, thinly sliced
  • 4 sprigs fresh rosemary
  • 2 salmon fillets, bones and skin removed
  • Coarse salt to taste
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Production steps:

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit (200 degrees Celsius).
  2. Arrange half of the lemon slices in a single layer on a baking sheet. Place 2 sprigs of rosemary and then salmon fillet. Sprinkle the salmon fillets with salt, arrange with the remaining rosemary sprigs, and top with the remaining lemon slices. Drizzle with olive oil.
  3. Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes, or until fish flakes easily with a fork.
