This is the perfect romantic dinner for two, paired with Oregon Pinot Noir, bread, rice, and salad.

Material:
- 1 lemon, thinly sliced
- 4 sprigs fresh rosemary
- 2 salmon fillets, bones and skin removed
- Coarse salt to taste
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Production steps:
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit (200 degrees Celsius).
- Arrange half of the lemon slices in a single layer on a baking sheet. Place 2 sprigs of rosemary and then salmon fillet. Sprinkle the salmon fillets with salt, arrange with the remaining rosemary sprigs, and top with the remaining lemon slices. Drizzle with olive oil.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes, or until fish flakes easily with a fork.
