What is melamine?
Trichloromelamine is a disinfectant and disinfectant for direct and indirect food uses as well as non-food uses. It is used on hard surfaces and as a detergent for fruits and vegetables. End-use products are formulated as soluble concentrates (powder form) .

Trichloromelamine is unstable and sensitive to heat and friction. This chemical is an oxidizing agent. May spontaneously ignite in contact with reactive organic materials. It is incompatible with strong oxidizing agents. It is also incompatible with strong reducing agents. Add acetone, ammonia, aniline or diphenylamine to a chemical and, after a delay of a few seconds, a rapid reaction occurs, complete with smoke and flames.

Acute/Chronic Hazards: This compound is harmful if swallowed or inhaled. It is irritating to the skin, eyes, mucous membranes and upper respiratory tract. It is an oxidizing agent. When heated and decomposed, toxic fumes of carbon monoxide, carbon dioxide, chlorine, nitrogen oxides and hydrogen chloride gas are released.
