- 1 head of broccoli
- ½ cup broccoli florets
- ½ cup diced celery
- 1/2 cup diced carrots
- ½ cup diced pineapple
- 2 green onions thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 teaspoons sesame oil

- Cut the cauliflower into florets and process in a food processor until it reaches a "rice-like" consistency. This should only take a few seconds.
- Mix cauliflower "rice" with remaining ingredients and let sit for 15-30 minutes to develop flavor.
- Place the rice mixture in a steamer basket over the boiling water and steam gently until warm.
