炒椰菜花飯

  • 1 head of broccoli
  • ½ cup broccoli florets
  • ½ cup diced celery
  • 1/2 cup diced carrots
  • ½ cup diced pineapple
  • 2 green onions thinly sliced
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 teaspoons sesame oil

step

  1. Cut the cauliflower into florets and process in a food processor until it reaches a "rice-like" consistency. This should only take a few seconds.
  2. Mix cauliflower "rice" with remaining ingredients and let sit for 15-30 minutes to develop flavor.
  3. Place the rice mixture in a steamer basket over the boiling water and steam gently until warm.
