Raw materials

2 cups water, add more as needed

2 cups Citrus Ginger Apple Cider Vinegar

4 teaspoons salt

2 teaspoons sugar

1 piece of ginger, peeled and thinly sliced

5 cups of vegetables such as cucumbers, carrots, asparagus, red onions, and cauliflower
- Stir first 6 ingredients in a medium saucepan. Simmer until salt and sugar dissolve
- Put vegetables into clean glass jars. Fill jars with salt water (add water if necessary to complete filling).
- Seal jar and refrigerate. Let the vegetables marinate for at least 4 hours.
