Garlic Lemon Aioli
Aioli was born in the sunny south of France using the region's most iconic ingredients - olive oil, garlic and lemon. Sharp, bright, tangy, and creamy, aioli is the superstar at transforming finger foods into feasts. There's even a classic Provencal meal called "le grand aioli" (sometimes called "aïoli monstre," which is honestly a better name), and there's nothing like this sausage and shrimp chip pan dinner different. A grand aioli is simply a pile of lightly prepared (usually blanched) refrigerated vegetables, seafood (usually shrimp), and hard-boiled eggs placed on a plate with a large bowl of aioli for dipping— —In other words, it's the kind of meal you want when it's too hot to eat, but you still need dinner (or at least all the rosé wine you can soak up). Plus, aioli is actually easy to make!

You can use already cooked chicken sausage or quickly cook the sausage in a skillet before slicing it and using it in this skillet recipe. Catch yourself for about 20 minutes and let's make a really good dinner!
-
Toss asparagus and shallots with olive oil and salt.
-
Place them on the pan with the chicken sausage and grill for ten minutes.
-
Add the shrimp to the pot and season with Old Bay and a pinch of salt and pepper. Keep baking!
-
While the sheet pan dinner is baking, make the aioli.
-
When the shrimp are cooked—about 7 minutes in—pull out of the pan and dig in!
