壓力鍋煙熏三文魚柳意大利面

I love making a pot of pasta in my pressure cooker. Each noodle absorbs the flavor of the delicious ingredients.

All: 20 minutes Servings: 6

Material:

  • 2-1/4 cups chicken broth
  • 1/2 pound smoked salmon fillet, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 cup fresh cream
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh dill
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 12 ounces uncooked macaroni
  • Optional: additional dill and lemon slices

Production steps:

  1. Place chicken stock , salmon fillets, cream, dill, and pepper into pressure cooker; top with pasta (do not stir). Lock the cover; close the pressure relief valve. Adjust to high pressure and cook for 8 minutes. Quickly relieve stress. Stir gently before serving. Top with additional dill and lemon slices, if desired.
