The design of the Glasshouse takes its inspiration from potting sheds in old country houses; a room filled with wheel barrows, rakes, terracotta pots etc. The material pallet is natural and rustic, consisting mainly of granite, steel and pine, and has been antiqued to give lived in quality. Using topiary shrubs, set in Versailles pots, camellia, salvia, jasmine, boxwood, the restaurant is set in a country house garden décor.
The à la carte menu is composed of finger foods, salads and other light mains constructed for a premium, colorful and relaxed dining experience for sharing amongst friends and family. All offerings remain true to the philosophy of incorporating local, regional and international modern flavor palates and ingredients.
