Grilled lemon chicken with a wonderful lemon juice sauce. Great rice.

Material:
- ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
- 2 lemons, juiced
- 1 tablespoon paprika
- 1 tablespoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon garlic salt
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- 4 (6 ounces) skin-on, boneless chicken breasts, cut open
Production steps:
- Combine butter, lemon juice, paprika, oregano, garlic salt, salt and pepper in a bowl or resealable bag. Add the chicken breasts and marinate in the refrigerator for 3-4 hours.

Preheat oven to 325 degrees Fahrenheit (165 degrees Celsius). Transfer chicken to baking sheet, skin side up. Pour marinade around chicken.
- Cook in the preheated oven until no longer pink in center and juices run clear, about 45 minutes. An instant-read thermometer inserted near the bone should read 165 degrees Fahrenheit (74 degrees Celsius).

- You can use 1 whole fried chicken, chopped, instead of chicken breast.
