烤檸檬雞胸肉

Grilled lemon chicken with a wonderful lemon juice sauce. Great rice.

Preparation: 10 minutes Marinate: 3-4 hours Cooking time: 45 minutes Whole: 55 minutes Serves: 4

Material:

  • ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 lemons, juiced
  • 1 tablespoon paprika
  • 1 tablespoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon garlic salt
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • 4 (6 ounces) skin-on, boneless chicken breasts, cut open

Production steps:

  1. Combine butter, lemon juice, paprika, oregano, garlic salt, salt and pepper in a bowl or resealable bag. Add the chicken breasts and marinate in the refrigerator for 3-4 hours.
  2. Preheat oven to 325 degrees Fahrenheit (165 degrees Celsius). Transfer chicken to baking sheet, skin side up. Pour marinade around chicken.

  3. Cook in the preheated oven until no longer pink in center and juices run clear, about 45 minutes. An instant-read thermometer inserted near the bone should read 165 degrees Fahrenheit (74 degrees Celsius).


matter:

  • You can use 1 whole fried chicken, chopped, instead of chicken breast.
