- Spanish Iberian Pork Chops 2pcs
- 6g fresh rosemary
- 2g fresh thyme
- Garlic 100g
- Olive oil 70g
- Salmon 70g
- 1-2 tbsp mustard
- 1-2 tablespoons honey
- sea salt to taste
- Brussels sprouts 4pcs
- French beans 50g
2. Place the salmon on the Airfryer baking pan and bake for 8 minutes. cool down.
3. Place the grilled salmon into the bowl of an onion chopper and stir into small pieces. Set aside.
4. Place the chopped garlic, 2g rosemary and olive oil into the Airfryer baking pan and bake at 160C for 30 minutes until the garlic is golden brown.
5. Add chopped salmon, stir well and bake for another 5 minutes.
6. Add sea salt, honey and mustard to taste, mix well to make roasted garlic salmon sauce.
7. Marinate the pork chops, Brussels sprouts and green beans in sea salt and olive oil for 10 minutes.
8. Place the pork chops and 6 grams of rosemary in the Airfryer baking pan and grill for 3 minutes.
9. Add Brussels sprouts and green beans and roast at 170 degrees for 8-10 minutes.
10. Serve pork chops with roasted garlic and salmon sauce.
