- 300g pasta
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 red pepper, seeded and finely chopped
- 120g smoked salmon seasoning
- 1 lemon zest and lemon juice
- A handful of diced chives or chopped green onions
method
- Cook the pasta for 10 minutes or follow the instructions on the package until the denture is melted.
- Meanwhile, heat the oil in a wok or large skillet and fry the peppers briefly to soften.
- Drain the pasta, reserving a little water, then add it to the wok and pour in the chili oil using 2 wooden spoons until well combined. Add salmon, lemon zest, chives or onions and toss. Season and add lemon juice to taste.
