Material:

  • 4 boneless chicken breasts
  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 3 tablespoons unsalted butter

  • 4 ounces sliced ​​mushrooms
  • 4 slices mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup rice
  • 8 ounces cooked pasta

  1. Pound chicken breasts in half until evenly thin. Dredge chicken with flour.
  2. In a large skillet, heat 2 tablespoons butter over medium heat. Cook chicken in butter until tender and cooked through, about 4 to 6 minutes per side.
