鹹檸檬對健康的不可思議的好處

Salted lemon (Chanh Muoi, Chanh muối) is a type of salted lime in Vietnamese cuisine. Its name comes from the Vietnamese chanh meaning "lemon" and muối meaning "salt". To make chanh muối, many limes are packed tightly in salt in a glass container and left in the sun until pickled. During this process, the lime juice is drained, dissolving the salt and creating a pickling liquid that soaks the finished chanh muối.

How to eat

Chanh muối is used to make a drink (added sugar and water or carbonated water), if made with carbonated water it is called nước chanh muối or soda chanh muối. Nước means water or "drink" in this context, and when combined as nước chanh, it means lemonade. When the context is a drink, the name of the drink is often abbreviated to chanh muối, and often appears on Vietnamese restaurant menus as "salty lemonade" or "salty lemonade." To prepare the drink, cut a small piece of chanh muối (containing the peel and pulp), place it in a glass, crush it lightly with a spoon or other utensil to release its juice, then add the other ingredients.

While this drink is usually served cold, with ice, as a summertime refreshment, it can also be served hot and is considered a remedy for the common cold. .

Outside of Vietnam, lemon is sometimes used instead of lime to make chanh muối.

health benefits

Chanh Muoi is used as one of the most effective and traditional herbal medicines to treat common seasonal symptoms such as cough, sore throat, dehydration and stomach upset

1. Digestive system health

Drinking salty lemon water every day will help replenish pectin fiber, which is essential for intestinal health, especially large intestine health.
Drinking warm, salty lemon water first thing in the morning can help your digestive system eliminate waste and help you have a healthy digestive system.

2. Hydration and electrolyte balance

Salty lemon water is still used to replenish fluids and electrolytes.

Sweating is the natural way we lose water and minerals. Salty lemon water can prevent dehydration and replenish electrolytes, reducing fatigue and tension.

3.Smoother skin

The antioxidants in salty lemon juice can form a protective layer, reduce wrinkles and enhance skin texture in women. Additionally, salty lemon water helps retain moisture and detoxifies the digestive system regularly, making the skin more pink and vibrant.

4. Good for the liver

Regular intake of salty lemon water helps detoxify the liver and increase beneficial enzymes. Additionally, the amino acids in salty lemon water can kill bacteria.

5. Enhance immunity

The high vitamin C content of salty lemon juice helps the body fight off pathogenic infections and strengthens and builds the immune system.

6. Soothes throat

Warm salty lemon water can soothe a sore throat. Lemon peel contains antibacterial and calming essential oils and salts. If your throat becomes inflamed and your cough persists, it is recommended to go to the hospital for examination and evaluation.

7. Helps lose weight

Salted lemon water is believed to aid weight loss by burning fat. Salted lemons are rich in pectin fiber, which helps suppress appetite. Salted lemon water is high in calories and can provide extra energy to the body.
However, salty lemon water is not a weight loss technique, but a weight loss supporter. Women need to eat a balanced diet rather than fasting or over-dieting to avoid becoming weak. Practice athletics to improve your fitness.
Also, not everyone can drink salty lemon water to lose weight. People with symptoms such as heartburn and acid reflux should not use salty lemon juice as it can make these symptoms worse.
