全食與有機食品的區別
whole food
Whole food refers to any food that is consumed as close to its natural state as possible, i.e. without processing and refinement. Whole foods free of chemicals, additives and preservatives.

Health Benefits of Whole Foods
When food is processed, vitamins, minerals, fiber and water are often lost during the process, and artificial colors, preservatives and flavorings are often added to the food. All of these can have a negative impact on a person's health.
Plus, whole foods/whole foods without any unnecessary sugar and salt. Both are associated with obesity and high blood pressure. The body breaks down natural sugars and sodium more easily than these artificial additives.

Whole Foods Example
Fruits and vegetables are simple examples of whole foods. Other whole-fat foods include nuts, legumes, seeds, milk, eggs, and certain cuts of meat, fish, and poultry. If there are any additives or processing, it is no longer a complete/whole food. One example is that the process of pasteurizing milk is not considered an unnatural process and so is still considered a whole food.

organic
According to the USDA, the term organic refers to poultry, meat, dairy and eggs that come from animals that are free of antibiotics and growth hormones. Organic fruits and vegetables are never treated with pesticides, ionizing radiation or bioengineering.
To obtain organic certification, qualified government officials will visit the farms and plants where these foods are grown and processed. After inspection, if the site meets USDA standards, the farm or factory will be certified as organic.

Label
To be 100% organic, food must contain all organically grown ingredients. To be labeled organic, a food must contain 95% organic ingredients. 5% of these ingredients can be non-organic but must not contain sulfites. To be labeled "made with organic ingredients," a food must contain at least 70% organic ingredients. The remaining 30% of ingredients can be non-organic but must not contain sulfites.
In order for an animal-based food to be labeled organic, the animal must have access to the outdoors.

Health Benefits of Organic Food
Organic foods are considered healthier than non-organic foods because they do not contain any pesticides or chemicals. Additionally, some organic foods have been shown to have higher vitamin C and protein content than non-organic foods. Research shows that organically fed animals are healthier than non-organically fed animals.

environment
In addition to the benefits that organic food brings to humans, organic food also benefits the environment. Organic farms produce no pesticide or fertilizer runoff that goes directly to rivers, lakes, or streams. These chemicals can choke drinking water and damage habitats. Research shows that some pesticides are toxic and can cause health problems such as Parkinson's disease, cancer, reproductive disorders, and respiratory illnesses.
