- 1 cup milk
- 2 eggs
- 2 tablespoons mustard
- 1 clove garlic
- salt and pepper
- 4 pork chops
- 2 cups vegetable oil
- 1 cup bread crumbs
- 1 cup whole milk
- 1/2 cup Original Sesame Chickpea Hummus Libanius®
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup goat cheese
- 2 tablespoons fresh chives
- 2 tablespoons butter
- fresh leeks, for garnish
Prepare
- Mix milk, eggs, mustard, garlic, salt and pepper.
- Place the pork slices in a refractory material and pour in the previous mixture. Marinate for 15 minutes.
- Heat the oil in a skillet over medium heat and, meanwhile, crush the ribs through the crumbled bread.
- Fry the pork ribs until golden brown, drain with absorbent paper and set aside.
- For the sauce, liquefy the milk and add the hummus and raw sesame seeds, cream, goat cheese and chives.
- Heat a pan, add butter, pour in sauce and season with salt and pepper. Cook 5 minutes or until thickened.
- Serve the ribs with the sauce and garnish with green onions.
