Material
- 1 pound of non-melted pork
- One onion, diced
- 400g oil
- 500ml water
- 250ml light soy sauce
- 150g sugar
- 2 teaspoons salt.
- 2 tsp braised pork powder or 5-flavor powder
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch
- water 1 cup
step
- Add oil to the pot, bring to a boil over high heat, add onions and sauté until brown
- Set the onions aside to let the oil separate
- Stir-fry the uncooked pork
- Add water, light soy sauce, sugar, salt onions , green onions and braised pork powder, bring to a boil and simmer
- Add cornstarch to reduce juice
