Saw palmetto is a tree. The mature fruit can be used as medicine. Saw palmetto is the most commonly used to reduce symptoms of prostate enlargement called Benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH). But it does not seem to improve the situation. Saw Palmetto is also used to prevent complications of prostate surgery and treat other prostate diseases, male pattern baldness, sexual dysfunction and other diseases.
