E120: Carmine
Carminic acid is a deep red anthraquinone pigment that is naturally present in some insects, such as cochineal (Coccus cacti L.). Food coloring cochineal or cochineal extract is obtained after hydroalcoholic extraction of insect carcasses. Carmine is a more concentrated solution that contains at least 50% carmine acid. Cochineal-derived dyes are mainly used to impart a red tint in alcoholic beverages, yogurt, fruit juice, ice cream and candies, but can also be found in jams and some processed meat products. Regarding its health properties, cochineal acid may cause allergic reactions and even anaphylactic shock to sensitive people. Nevertheless, it is not a major hazard to the general population.
E104 Quinoline Yellow
Quinoline Yellow WS is a mixture of organic compounds derived from the dye Quinoline Yellow SS (mentally soluble). Due to the presence of sulfonate groups, WS dyes are water-soluble (WS). It is a mixture of disulfonate (mainly), monosulfonate and trisulfonate of 2-(2-quinolyl)indan-1,3-dione, with a maximum absorption wavelength of 416 nm.
E102 Lemon Yellow
Lemon yellow is a synthetic lemon yellow azo dye, mainly used as a food coloring. Also known as E number E102, CI 19140, FD&C Yellow 5, Yellow 5 Lake, Acid Yellow 23, Food Yellow 4 and 1-(4-sulfonatophenyl) trisodium-4-(4-sulfophenylazo)-5 -Pyrazolinone-3-carboxylate).

E101 Riboflavin
Riboflavin, also known as vitamin B 2, is a vitamin found in food and used as a dietary supplement. The body needs it for cellular respiration. Food sources include eggs, green vegetables, milk and other dairy products, meat, mushrooms and almonds. Some countries require it to be added to grains.
As a supplement, it is used to prevent and treat riboflavin deficiency. Riboflavin is a nutrient whose content far exceeds the amount needed to meet dietary requirements and can prevent migraine. Riboflavin can be administered orally or by injection. It is almost always well tolerated. The normal dose is safe during pregnancy

What is polyglycerol polyricinoleate E476
Emulsifier (476) is an emulsifier used as a food additive. It is obtained from glycerin and fatty acids (usually from castor, but also from soybeans) through a three-step process. It exists as a yellow to light brown highly viscous liquid and is mainly used in chocolate because it reduces the viscosity of the chocolate and improves the fluidity (easy flow characteristics) of the chocolate, so that it can be spread thinner to save costs. Emulsifier (476) has both hydrophilic and hydrophobic properties, which means that it will combine with water and the oil part of the product to form a smooth consistency.
